The Release Train Engineer (RTE) is a servant leader and coach for the Agile Release Train (ART). The RTE's major responsibilities are to facilitate the ART events and processes and assist the teams in delivering value. RTEs communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement.Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Job Responsibilities:Schedule PIs, PI Planning and Inspect & Adapt ceremoniesMaster of ceremonies for PI PlanningSchedule System DemosFacilitate ART/program Problem Solving WorkshopsFacilitate ART/program Inspect & Adapt ceremoniesOwns and compiles ART/Program Predictability MeasuresManage ART/program Dependencies and Supplier DependenciesTracking and managing ART/program risks and impedimentsSupport Decentralized decision makingCoach leaders, managers and teams in Lean-Agile and SAFeSupport and encourage Communities of PracticeWork with line managers on train size, team membership and compositionSkills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
