Quality Assurance ManagerWhile professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.Location: Memphis, TN Working situation: OnsiteLevel: PeopleManagerOur client, a well-known CDMO that partners with innovative companies to produce healthcare products and devices, is looking for a new Quality Assurance Manager to lead teams, drive compliance, and create SOP's.The Quality Assurance Manager will manage the entire manufacturing site for this region. including but not limited to associates, auditors, and inspectors. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our products/services meet or exceed the highest industry standards for quality and reliability.The Quality Assurance Manager will: Manage a team of direct reports while managing Quality activities for the largest regional facilityOversee the development and execution of comprehensive quality assurance testing plansAnalyze test results and work with product development teams to resolve issues and improve product qualityCollaborate with suppliers and vendors to establish and maintain quality standards for external components or servicesDrive maintenance of accurate batch review records & activities; including test results, inspections, and auditsProvide clear direction, set performance expectations, and conduct regular performance evaluationsThe Quality Assurance Manager has the following qualifications:B.S. with 6+ years of quality assurance experience3+ years of life sciences or healthcare industry experienceDirect people management/leadership experienceCompany Perks:Competitive 401K program, health insurance, and HSA accountsClear & written succession plan for this positionDiverse working environment
