Job Description:

IntePros is seeking an A/V Support Technician for our innovative client within the healthcare software training industry. This position requires 5 days per week on-site in the King of Prussia, PA area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the communication and coordination with customers and other departments that involve troubleshooting, service, repairs, equipment maintenance, and support upgrades. The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to leverage their technical critical thinking, and administrative and communication skills to maintain the highest product and service.The information below covers the role requirements, expected candidate experience, and accompanying qualifications.Essential A/V Support Technician Functions:Process and resolve Zendesk tickets in the production queue according to the company's SLAWork with clients to gather all the pertinent information to assess the situationSchedule service calls for troubleshooting/service/repair of hardwareCreate service documentation and provide to the scheduled technician and the clientSupport the on-site technicianComplete and upload the service documentationMaintain the production queue to ensure the client is being kept up to date; tickets updated dailyRequest necessary hardware for repair from ProcurementProcess RMA on site when possible, or once defective device is retuned to companyA/V Support Technician Skills and Abilities:Knowledge of computer applications such as Windows Operating Systems, Windows Server, enterprise web and client applications and Microsoft Office Suite, A/V and IT systems integration, networking, Microsoft servers, IT infrastructuresKnowledge of Creston, BIAMP, DSP audioAbility to read and interpret wiring diagrams, system design drawings and architectural drawingsClient-friendly attitude, strong customer service skillsAbility to provide excellent support through all phases of the service cycle, i.e. documenting, monitoring and tracking issues to ensure timely resolutionA/V Support Technician Education and Experience:AVIXA CTS certification preferred or required within six months of employment.IT and networking technology background required, Cisco switches preferred1-3 years related experience in Audio-Visual systems installation in commercial and/or CCTVCrestron control systems experience preferredBIAMP programming experience preferredMust have a valid driver's licenseExperience with installations and project managementExperience with service callsExperience with Zendesk ticketing system.
