Job Description:

This role is an entry level position as a technology consultant. You will be responsible for solving client's complex business problems and be able to translate requirements into strategies and solutions. You will provide subject matter expertise across the Workday application and the support needed to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of Workday.If the following job requirements and experience match your skills, please ensure you apply promptly.This role requires the ability to work in a changeable client-service environment, to be an effective listener and communicator, and to provide creative solutions through targeted resources and technical expertise to our clients.Job Responsibilities:Use firm resources to learn and improve understanding of WorkdayAssist clients in testing HR and accounting transactions in their systemsDocument processes and designs using flow charts and similar diagramsPrepare job aids for finished software to assist end usersSetup Workday software using established best practicesTroubleshoot problems by finding their root cause in the system and recommending solutionsManage tasks and projects using firm provided software and practicesRequirements:Ability to problem solve and troubleshootStrong communication skills and ability to confidently interact with senior business leaderAbility to work independently and multi-taskBachelors or advanced degree in either Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Information Systems; Human Resources Management, Library Sciences, Engineering Management, Technology Management or a field related to the industry.About Us:Makse Group is an expert team of experienced consultants, managers and advisors with a strong passion for supporting the Workday platform and adjacent business functions.
