This position will be part of a team of governance, risk, and compliance experts and work with technology partners and business units to protect SHEIN data, services, and information assets. The ideal candidate should have a passion for delivering effective and engaging awareness and training content, a general understanding of security technologies and best practices, and a strong desire to learn and contribute.Job Responsibilities Develop, implement, maintain, and promote security awareness programs, campaigns, and initiatives, in collaboration with corporate partners such as IT, HR, Corporate Communications, and LegalContribute to the enhancement of the online learning management system for security, along with tailoring awareness content for specific target audiences and geographic regionsHelp promote a good understanding of company security policies and incorporate relevant industry standards into the awareness and training strategySupport the development and delivery of monthly phish tests, including tracking and reporting results.Contribute to the planning, development, and implementation of the company's annual Cyber Security Awareness Month eventJob Requirements Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or higher in communications, information security, organizational development, business, or a related field is preferredExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical issues for all levels of personnelExperience in designing and creating engaging communications and training materials, strategy, and program management, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsDetail oriented and highly organized, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize accordinglyHigh level of personal integrity, with the ability to professionally handle confidential matters and exudes the appropriate level of judgment and maturityNice to have Experience with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Premier and Illustrator is preferredKnowledge of security and data privacy standards, regulations, and guidelines such as ISO 27k, NIST, CIS, PCI DSS, GDPR, CCPA is preferredPay: $30/hourPerks (LA Location)Free weekly catered lunchDog-Friendly officeFree Shuttle Service from HQ to LA Union StationPerks (All Locations)Complimentary daily office snacks and beveragesSHEIN Technology LLC is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse workplace environment.
