The way we share ideas, learning, experiences, successes, and joy allows everyone to be their best at Ascendion.About the Role:Job Title: Senior CRM Admin Key Responsibilities:The role involves both technical proficiency and functional expertise to ensure the CRM system aligns with business processes, supports data-driven decision-making, and enhances customer relationships.Manage daily operations of the CRM platform, including user management, configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.Work with stakeholders to define and implement CRM strategies that meet business goals and improve user experience.Monitor CRM data quality and integrity, implementing corrections and duplicates removal as necessary.Collaborate with IT and external vendors to ensure that the CRM system is seamlessly integrated with other business applications.Develop and maintain detailed documentation on CRM processes, workflows, and guidelines.Configure reports and dashboards to help users track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.Continuously evaluate and refine CRM workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Assist in the migration of data into the CRM system and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience as a CRM administrator, must have good D365 functional experience. .Strong understanding of CRM best practices and strategies.Excellent technical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.Ability to work effectively across functional teams and manage projects.Strong communication and training skills.Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $100,0000- $130,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be based on individual performance.
