They operates a network of Manufactured Housing and RV communities nationwide.Find out if this opportunity is a good fit by reading all of the information that follows below.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications for BI solutions.Design and develop ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from multiple sources into a centralized data warehouse or data mart.Develop and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.Optimize BI solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information.Stay current with industry trends and best practices in BI and data analytics, and recommend innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts to deliver comprehensive BI solutions.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fieldProven experience 3 - 5 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Developer or similar role, with a strong background in data analysis, ETL development, and BI reporting.Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle.Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical BI solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java is a plus.** This role cannot provide sponsorship **
