This includes providing technical presentations to structural engineering firms, conducting face to face meetings, and attending industry meetings and conferences.Develops and executes action plan for each customer based on customer roadmap.Delivers sales goals and metrics.Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers through in-person meetings, delivering technical presentations, site visits, networking events and industry conferences.Manages opportunities, customers and metrics through salesforce CRM tool.Become an expert in FRP solutions and a trusted advisor to all customers in territory.YOUR SKILLSBachelor of Science degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, PE accreditation highly desirable.3+ years' experience as a Consulting Engineer in structural engineering environment.Networking/social sellingSales call planningTerritory managementValue selling & technical selling.Travel by car and airplane are required. The salary for this role is $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 plus sales commission and car allowance. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
