You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, gather requirements, and ensure that the ERP solutions align with business goals.Key Responsibilities:Analyze business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved or automated.Document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.Assist in the integration and testing of new ERP solutions.Provide ongoing support and maintenance of ERP systems.Train users on new and existing ERP functionality.Prepare detailed reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience as an ERP Analyst, preferably within the aerospace or manufacturing industries.Strong understanding of ERP software, including implementation, configuration, and management.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.Experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
