You will be a highly effective manager, able to inspire and lead a team of skilled Electrical Technicians within a highly automated environment. You will have pre-existing experience in Electrical Engineering from a manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an exceptional and ambitious Electrical Maintenance professional with existing management experience to take the next step in their career with a progressive and renowned organization. Key Responsibilities: Utilize expertise in PLC systems, fault finding, and interpreting ladder diagrams to ensure seamless operation of our cutting-edge machinery. Implement and oversee Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programs while efficiently managing Corrective Maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Use site CMMS to streamline maintenance processes, track equipment performance, and optimize resource allocation. Lead a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance, coaching, and support for their professional growth and ensure 24/7 support for our operations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred but not required Proven experience in specialist electrical maintenance roles within a highly automated manufacturing environment. Proficiency in PLC systems, fault finding techniques, and interpreting ladder diagrams. Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record in people management and development. On Offer: Salary of c. $90-£120k dependent on experience. PTO 401k
