This position is based in our Downtown Pflugerville headquarters.About the Role:As a Technical Support Specialist at EYERIDE, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional technical support directly to our clients on-site. You'll be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing hands-on assistance, and ensuring our clients receive the highest level of support in utilizing our cutting-edge video telematics solutions.Responsibilities:Provide on-site technical support and assistance to clients, ensuring prompt resolution of hardware and software issues.Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, troubleshoot problems, and provide expert guidance on utilizing our products effectively.Conduct installations, configurations, and maintenance of EYERIDE systems at client locations.Work closely with our engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.Document and maintain detailed records of client interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.Requirements:Previous experience in customer service or technical support preferred.Strong interest in IT with relevant certifications such as A+, N+, Security+, IT Essentials, CCENT/CCNA highly desirable.Experience in computer repair, networking, or related fields advantageous.Background in MSP, help desk, or low voltage security company beneficial.Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Willingness to travel to client locations within the designated area.How to Apply:If you're passionate about technology and have the above expereince and dedicated to delivering exceptional support to clients, we want to hear from you!
