Take advantage of competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and professional growth opportunities in a dynamic work environment.Key Responsibilities:* Lead and manage projects involving building envelope systems, including roofing, waterproofing, wall systems, and fenestration.* Perform detailed condition assessments, forensic investigations, and failure analysis to identify root causes and develop effective remediation strategies.* Design and oversee testing programs to evaluate building envelope performance, providing actionable recommendations.* Develop comprehensive construction documents, specifications, and construction administration services for building envelope systems.* Serve as an expert witness in legal proceedings related to building envelope systems.* Cultivate and maintain client relationships, leveraging networking and marketing efforts to identify new business opportunities.* Mentor and guide junior staff members, fostering their professional development.* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and actively participate in industry organizations.
