RESPONSIBILITIES Serves as the first point of contact for End-User computer issues.Responsible for troubleshooting end-user computer issues pertaining to both hardware and software matters.Assists with installation of software as directed by the IT Manager.Provides support to End-User training of computer and phone system issues.Responsible for creating new user accounts and email accounts for employees.Assists with the creation of internal documentation for use by End-Users per the direction of the IT Manager.
