As a Business Intelligence Manager, you will oversee the design, implementation, and improvement of our BW/BI platform. A successful will have a dual background in Business Analysis and Power BI Design. This role will report to the VP of Information Technology.This position is based in office from Mondays-Thursdays, and remote on Fridays.Responsibilities:Identify and prioritize reporting needs with business stakeholders and Regional Business Analysts Lead and guide projects to build Business Warehouse Platform, produce reports and perform meaningful quantitative or qualitative analyses addressing impactful business issues or questionsDocument business reporting requirements into comprehensive BRDsDesign and develop automatic generation of reports and dashboards, to minimize manual effortsManage and coach the Business Intelligence Analyst, collaborating on various projectsAdhere to incident, problem and change management processes to provide daily operation support to the BW/BI platformCollaborate with implementation team dedicated to delivering quality results on time and within budgetEducation/Experience:Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology4+ years of experience in Power BI Platform/Power BI Desktop/Power BI Service, in building BI/BW solutions 1+ year of people management experienceRequired Qualifications:Strong knowledge with Power BI concepts: Dataflows, Semantic Models, Dashboards, Reports, VisualizationsFunctional & department understanding of business processes, including Inventory & Warehouse Management, Costing, Financials, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Sales, and Fixed AssetsExperience with D365 BC ERP, SQL Server, Office 365 - Excel, SharePointStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProven capability of being the communication bridge between technical and non-technical teamsExcellent interpersonal skills.
