This strategic role involves driving innovation, managing talent, and shaping the digital narrative to ensure continued success in the dynamic digital landscape.Lead and manage a team of 10 developers in the design, testing, and implementation of multiple concurrent large-system initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cost-effective, efficient, and state-of-the-art application systems are in place and maintained.Work closely with project managers, product owners, and scrum masters to ensure solutions delivered meet business stakeholder expectations.Oversee the full software development life cycle, from project initiation to delivery and maintenance.Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and professional development opportunities for team members.Implement and enforce coding standards, code reviews, and testing processes to maintain the quality of the commercial application portfolio.Optimize resource utilization and explore cost-effective solutions.Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and excellence in software development practices.Collaborate with architects and developers to design scalable, secure, and maintainable web applications.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web and application development.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business Management, Engineering, or related field.10+ years of system and application development experience, with at least 3 years in a direct supervisory/managerial role.Experience with B2B/B2C, e-commerce developmentProficiency in full-stack development technologies, including React, Java, JavaScript, CSS, HTML.Experience with Agile development methodologies.Experience with Cloud Based Development Platforms such as AWS.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to develop and manage a team to drive results.
