The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automation processes using robots, auto spraying systems, and automated conveyor belts. They should have a bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering (or a related field), at least 3 years of relevant experience, and a strong understanding of manufacturing industries.Project Details:Lead the design and implementation of automation processes for material handling, part cleaning, and painting in a heavily industrialized, 108K sq ft facility.Oversee equipment selection, installation, and programming needs of machines, ensuring long-term adaptability and continuous improvement.Work independently, collaborating with leadership and colleagues to meet evolving needs and drive efficiency in a challenging environment.Provide coaching and support to maintenance engineers, ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of automated systems.Must HavesBachelor's degree in Automation Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience designing automation systems from conception, overseeing installation, and maintaining the systems.Strong hands-on experience working on the shop floor in an industrial manufacturing environment.In-depth knowledge of manufacturing industries, including familiarity with heat, hydraulics, and challenging working conditions.Desired SkillsProject Management ExperienceAbout Matlen SilverExperience Matters.
