The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing automation technology, customer relationship management, and retention strategies. You are passionate about delivering value to users through diverse marketing touchpoints, driving results, and improving user outcomes. Knowledge of CRM systems and how they both integrate with and collaborate with marketing automation platforms is a plus. Responsibilities (You will)§ Ideate on and execute Marketo campaigns & email sends flawlessly§ Assist marketers in making data driven decisions using reporting and analytics to improve and report on campaign performance; continually optimize tactics & messaging through multivariate testing§ Coordinate elements from multiple teams to execute on deliverables for marketing campaigns and projects; staying consistent with the team's broader marketing strategy§ Create data segmentation filters, groups, and distribution lists for campaigns, lead scoring, and nurture programs for prospect segmentations that will minimize lead fatigue and opt-outs§ Normalize, standardize, and track the marketing database, ensuring good hygiene in list uploads, building and maintaining segments, and overall health of the database§ Work closely with the CRM Operations Manager and the IT team to ensure integrations are working as intended; bringing up issues as they arise and helping to work through them.§ Maintain a comprehensive understanding of APQC's marketing technology stack and how to best leverage the systems§ Manage vendor relationships for our core marketing automation toolsqualifications (About You)§ 2-5 years in Marketing Operations, ideally in marketing automation or campaign production§ Experience working with Marketo strongly preferred; Marketo certified and/or experience with NetSuite CRM is a plus§ Proficiency in HTML and or CSS, a plus§ Good understanding of landing page and user experience optimization for automated communication campaigns§ Solid analytical skills and a strong understanding of technical concepts§ Collaborative with the ability to work cross-functionally § Have the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders§ Fun, can-do attitude and creative mindset§ High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation§ Bachelor's degree or equivalent required§ Excellent follow-up skills with great attention to detail
