Responsibility and AuthorityRemember to check your CV before applying Also, ensure you read through all the requirements related to this role.Provides technical support to the maintenance teamLeads Root Cause Failure Analysis and executes corrective actions for complex and/or repetitive problemsLeads the Bad Actor Program and creates action plans for improving reliabilityAssist in the training and development of in-house maintenance resourcesSupport the reliability process to drive improvements, optimize costs and improve Asset EffectivenessEstablish, monitor and optimize Preventative and Predictive Maintenance PlansDevelop disciplined and systematic equipment maintenance strategyProvide input to Maintenance budget and Capital PlanEvaluate alternatives for equipment repair seeking cost and time advantagesSupport capital projects by supplying engineering expertise as it relates to Maintenance and ReliabilityDevelops Critical Equipment listMaintains the Spare Parts inventory for the siteDevelops and maintains the Vessel and Piping Inspection and Relief Device programsKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsThis position requires at minimum a Bachelor's degree, preferably a Mechanical Engineering degree.Applicable experience is 6-10 years in a similar operation (small company, small site, batch operation).
