Given the size of the team, you will be touching all parts of the stack.ResponsibilitiesCraft intuitive interfaces that allow non-technical users to leverage AI in their workExplore the cutting edge capabilities of LLMs, Retrieval Augmented Generation, and AI agents. Own development projects from research and prototyping through productionEvolve the tech stack and architecture to scale to our growing customer base's needsContribute to the creation of the team culture, as well as internal tooling and processesThis is a high impact, high agency role with direct effect on company culture, trajectory, and outcome.QualificationsBA/BS in computer science, or related degree3+ years of experience building and scaling successful software projects, ideally independently or as a part of a small team or early-stage startupIn-person 4-5 days/week in NYC office strongly preferredSelf-directed, curious, fast-paced personality with strong communication skillsStrong analytical skills and ability to work with dataFamiliarity with our stack.
