This position is responsible for driving the customer experience transformation through ongoing innovation through the Oracle CX platform.Responsibilities Include:Project Leadership: Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation and ongoing management of Oracle CX solutions. Provide strategic direction and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of the project and ongoing platform management.Team Management: Build and lead a cross-functional project team. Foster collaboration and effective communication among team members.Requirements Analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and ongoing enhancement for Oracle CX solutions. Translate business requirements into functional specifications.Solutions Design: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the feasibility and scalability of the proposed solutions.Implementation and Configuration: Oversee the configuration and customization of Oracle CX applications. Ensure that the implementation meets quality standards and follows best practices.Testing: Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality and performance of Oracle CX solutions. Ensure the quality and reliability of the delivered solution.Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, to provide updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.Change Management, Training and Support: Work closely with the Change Management and Training teams to develop training materials, conduct training sessions for end-users, provide post-implementation support, and address any issues or enhancements.Project Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and documentation of configuration and customization.Skills You'll Need:Education and Experience: BS / BA degree in Business or similar or an equivalent combination of training or 5+ years' experience in managing software implementations, preferably in Oracle CX, from a technical and project management aspect.Build Effective Teams: Build strong-identity teams that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals.Collaborate: Building organizational partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.Manage Complexity: Making sense of complex, high quantity and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.Drive Vision and Purpose: Paint a compelling picture of the vision and strategy that motivates others to action.Optimize work processes: Knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement.Drives results: Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances.Performance Analysis: Establish KPIs to measure and track the success of product innovation sales. Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with executives and hourly employees alike, and able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and executive presence.
