We're looking for Civil Supervisor for a semiconductor plant construction at Taylor, TXThe experience expected from applicants, as well as additional skills and qualifications needed for this job are listed below.Location- Taylor, TX - 1530 FM973, Taylor, TX 76574Essential duties and responsibilities-Daily supplier schedule monitoring/performance management-Meetings reporting project progress, troubleshooting, MOM documentation-Steel frame construction Supervision and Inspection Coordinationã†Civil level survey checkingã†Anchor Bolt Installationã†Structural Steel Erectionã†Boltingã†Weldingã†Painting/Galvanizing and touch-upã†Structural steel works not described above-Deal with site inspections (documentation, schedule management)-Management of incoming and outgoing public documents such as RFI/Submittal/Transmittal-Safety management during construction by subcontractor-Generate construction related reports-Management of Issue for Construction (IFC) and Design Chanbe-Change order cause analysis and list management-Risk management and reporting-Attending Daily/Weekly/Monthly Meetings and regular/irregular Technical Meetings-Contract (Technical), Project Specification/Drawing, Code ReviewingQualifications/Requirements-At least 5 years of experience at working in construction sites (specializing in civil/architecture or CUB steel structures)-Demonstration of related field practicle experience-Module Installation/ lifting management knowledge-Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-ups, strong commitment to results-Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines-Experience working with subcontractors-Strong commitment towards results and high responsibility-Excellent MS Office skills and documentation-Familiar with Auto CAD, Naviswork, 3D modeling programs such as BIM, Tekla-Analytical thinking and demonstrated ability to solve problems-A person who has no difficulty commuting to and from the field office-A person who can work overtime if necessary for job performance-A person who can work on weekends if requiredDesirable/Preferred Skills-BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience of related field-Experience in high-tech (semiconductor) product projects-Experience in steel structure installations-Experience of projects of morethan 50M USD-Experience in industrial and factory projects-Experience in overseas/domestic EPC project experience-Experience in industrial and factory projects-International and multi-cultural experience a plus-Ability to work in a multi-cultural-Fluent Korean speaking and writing is a plus-Bilingual with Spanish is a plusPayment and benefitsã† Great medical/dental/vision insurance (no deductible)ã† Salary : based on experiences and positionsã† Relocation Reimbursement: Up to $2,000ã† 12 Days of PTO, 2 days Medical/Personal leave, 8 days of company designated holidaysã† $8,000 annual bonus, service awardsã† Free lunch, monthly communication allowanceHealth Insurance- Full-time employees are eligible for the Cigna PPO Plan for employee + 1 family member.(Health+Vision+Dental)- Company pays all premiums.
