The Land Survey Team Leader will have the opportunity to lead a growing land surveying team. S/he will perform as an operational leader as well as a people-style leader, with the primary focus in the coordination of land surveying workflow and client communication. A secondary focus is mentoring and coaching team members. Apply promptly! Some flexibility in hours is permitted, but s/he must be available during the standard weekday work hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Physical DemandsThis position is a combination of fieldwork, travel-related work, and sedentary work. An employee is regularly required to drive, stand, sit, walk, reach, type, talk, hear, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, push, pull, carry, and lift up to 50 pounds. An employee may also be required to traverse wooded and/or uneven terrain, enter structures, use ladders, walk on roofs, enter small spaces, and work in various weather conditions.TravelThere may be some travel required as a part of the Land Survey Team Leader position.
