Are you an experienced Systems Analyst with a passion for tackling complex challenges in data processing systems? We are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst 2 to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing information to develop and modify highly complex data processing systems in specialized subject matter fields such as online and database systems. The emphasis of this role is on problem definition, system objectives, complex system structures, and ensuring overall system efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You will also be responsible for communicating with and training application programmers, serving as a team leader for major system implementations, and applying a high degree of technical judgment and initiative.Find out more about this role by reading the information below, then apply to be considered.Duties & Responsibilities:Plan and conduct feasibility studies in response to user requests for service.Schedule meetings with division personnel to define requirements for analytical studies and evaluate management needs.Conduct fact-finding interviews to gather information, analyze results, and make design decisions.Serve as a technical liaison with user departments to coordinate system development activities.Prepare system and file design specifications and develop detailed modification, testing, and conversion plans.Perform environmental studies for new systems to assess their impact on the data processing environment.Conduct systems growth studies to aid in capacity planning.Communicate with and train programmers in defining system and program specifications.Act as a team leader in the implementation of major systems.Apply probability theory and integrate management information and forecasting systems.Demonstrate a high degree of ability in communication skills.Perform other related duties as needed.Qualifications:Must have experience with C#, JavaScript, and SQL.Experience:Generally requires 3 to 5 years of related experience.Education:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.If you are a highly motivated individual with a strong background in systems analysis and a desire to work on cutting-edge projects, we encourage you to apply.
