Job Description:

As one of our Process Engineers, you'll work alongside management, business development, operations, vendors and customers to successfully execute and implement projects for the company, including but not limited to, all aspects of biogas upgrading plant and equipment design, construction, fabrication, commissioning, operations and decommissioning. In addition to being technically capable and detail oriented, the successful candidate will possess excellent organizational, time management and communication skills ensuring projects are delivered on-time and on budget with minimal surprises.If your skills, experience, and qualifications match those in this job overview, do not delay your application.Responsibilities:Responsible for the successful and safe execution of all aspects of projects including, but not limited to, construction, fabrication, installation, commissioning, performance, training, inspections and decommissioning.Develop project delivery timeline/ hold all parties accountable to meeting project milestones.Develop the process flow and detailed design of various components of gas upgrading facilities.Quality control for project construction/ fabrication of equipmentTrain customers on how to operate upgrading equipment when necessary.Work alongside operations department before, during, and after all projects.Understand nuance of RNG laws and marketplace at federal, state, and local levelsMaintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, etc.Understand RNG project development process, requirements, and associated challenges.Qualifications:Engineering degree from an ABET accredited institution, with a preference on Mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum3+ years of engineering experience in natural gas and /or chemical processing; biogas processing industry experience a plus.Project Management and/or construction management experience in energy related projects a plusDemonstrated ability to solve problems, be customer focused and deliver projects on-time, on spec and on budget.Professional Engineering licensure is a plus.Knowledge of RNG marketplace is a plus.Ability to pass customer, company, and regulatory safety and operator qualification programs.Possess valid driver's license and meet company insurability requirements.Ability to read and interpret P&ID's and other construction and fabrication drawingsRequired to successfully complete background check and drug screening prior to being hired.Competencies: Ability to effectively organize, plan, prioritize, document and complete work independentlyComputer skills of MS Office, operating systems, company software, some PLC and HMI controls; proficient with MS Excel and Power Point.Competency with commercially available project management, design and drafting, solids modelling, and facilities process simulation softwares.Strong Math skills, strong, excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be self-directed and possess the ability to work independently and perform duties with little or no supervision
