Job Summary:ERP Operations manager plays a key role in our global rollout strategy of enterprise ERP via designing and managing technical environments needed for ERP platforms reporting to IT Leadership based in Tampa, FL. This person will solely be responsible for making sure that the ERP environments are up and running 99.99% uptime and design and modify those environments as need changes. This person will drive operational excellence by implementing and managing global processes and standards across the organization. This role will be responsible for defining and managing key KPI for operations. This position will lead a small team of Ops engineers and work in a matrix environment to provide technical and functional support to ERP users in a 24X7 global environment.Is this the role you are looking for If so read on for more details, and make sure to apply today.Qualifications/Skills: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent6 - 9 years of experience working in an operations manager position within an operationally focused 24x7 teamMust have a history of operational excellence - both in designing/implementing/improving processes and in running an established process end-to-end.MUST HAVE 6+ years of demonstrated experience managing systems of ERP including 4+ years implementing Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 and D365 F&O6+ years of experience with DevOps/JIRA or other ticketing systems3+ years of experience working with Azure.3+ years of experience working with ERP security roles and privileges. Industry experience working in a technical environment, preferably in manufacturing.An ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently and autonomously.A high aptitude for understanding the technical requirements to support global ERP infrastructure, along with high curiosity of how the design/implementation decisions tie back to increasing firm profit.Ability to influence decision-making processes and foster an environment of healthy team debate.Strong risk awareness and the ability to identify imminent risks.3+ years of experience managing code deployments, build process and CAB approvals.3+ years of experience in implementing and managing monitoring tools for systems like ManageEngineHands on experience delivering key operational KPIs using PowerBI/Excel or any BI tools.Strong communication and presentation skills Experience leading global teams in matrix environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOwner of global ERP operations processes including designing/implementing and maintaining required systems and related activities.Responsible for day-to-day operations related to ERP systems in a 24X7 environment. Manage regional admins to ensure proper guidelines are followed to manage ERP uptime, patching and system administration.Be a key person to make sure ERP code deployments gets completed in timely manner and without any issues.Manage global team of engineers, support and security admins to provide robust ERP platform for the organization.Work with cross functional team of Cloud services and Security to deliver the solutions needed.Provide SLAs for support tickets of ERP systems via managing team of Ops Support members and cross functional teams of ERP.Generate month end KPI and reports needed for C level reporting.Implement best practices related to IT operations across the organization's IT application landscape.Manage and schedule patching of critical systems for ERPs.Implement server and app monitoring solution for 24X7 monitoring.Provide user and IT support in 24X7 365-day environment including weekends.
