Our client is seeking an experienced Director of Business Applications to oversee the implementation of their new ERP system. Reporting to the CIO, the successful candidate will play a critical role in stabilizing their technology environment, executing major initiatives and reducing dependency on third-party consultants.While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required. Director of Business Applications Responsibilities:Lead the implementation of ERP projects, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful integrationDrive initiatives to stabilize and optimize the technology environment, including ERP, manufacturing systems and supply chain management toolsManage project timelines, budgets and resources effectively to meet business objectivesWork closely with stakeholders to prioritize tasks and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goalsProvide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environmentEnsure compliance with industry standards, security requirements and regulatory guidelines throughout the project lifecycle Director of Business Applications Requirements:Proven experience in launching ERP projects, preferably in a manufacturing environmentStrong technical background with experience in backend database management, systems analysis and data flowsAbility to adapt to change and drive innovation, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindsetExperience working with diverse stakeholders, managing vendor relationships and leading cross-functional teamsExcellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team membersPrior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred Apply now to become our client's Director of Business Applications and contribute to their continued success!
