Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required. A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, or Mathematics field. It also requires 15+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 13 years of job-related experience.About the RoleYou'll use your technical knowledge to move the program's initiatives forwardResponsibilities will include shaping technical strategies, and product improvements, heading technical responses and proposals, Develop client relationships and help to guide engineering team members.Job DetailsCollaborate closely with teams to model strategy and uphold regular engagement with all parties involved in the project.Foster collaboration among Engineers on technical issues and strategic plans.Lead in-depth studies aimed at growing the project to a 5G network and upgraded ground system.Provide technical leadership in designing, analyzing, implementing, testing, and sustaining capabilities in this adapted 3G WCDMA cellular system for the military and associated ground system.Deliver quick and targeted resolution of any issues and roadblocks including leading failure investigations and presentation of findings to any involved personnel.Are you ready to take your career to the next level and work for the best in the industry?
