Infosys is seeking a Microsoft Active Directory Consultant with experience in Active Directory Administration. The MS Active Directory Consultant needs to maintain best practices and collaborate with the Architecture and Application Teams to set the technical vision and target architecture.Please double check you have the right level of experience and qualifications by reading the full overview of this opportunity below. Required Qualifications: • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Phoenix, AZ, or Irving, TX, or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience • At least 4 years of experience, managing and maintaining enterprise Active Directory in IT healthcare environments, incorporating various Microsoft security hardening control using GPOs • At least 4 years of related experience in an IT support organization with 10000+ users managed through Microsoft Active Directory and Windows-based systems across the enterprise (multi-domain environment), including directory and future identity management solutions, User Group, Site links Replications and Group Policy Object Management Active Directory. Working Knowledge of: • Active Directory Domain Controller Flexible Single Master Operator recovery and rebuild of Active Directory sites and Domain Controller Servers. • Active Directory Distributed File System Replication services and troubleshooting. • Troubleshoot Active Directory authentication and Lightweight Directory Access Protocol configuration issues. • Configure and Support DNS for new domains • Troubleshoot DNS Service and resolution issues • Continuously seek opportunities to improve existing Active Directory architecture • Work on Active Directory Domain Controllers installed on Windows Core Server edition (non-GUI) • Responsible for Domain Controller Server patching to maintain a secure environment for server applications. • Responsible to fix vulnerability with the Team, deploy Cloud and Infrastructure Services hardening standards using Active Directory GPOs and ensure 100% patch compliance of Active Directory server. • Maintain knowledge and proficiency of best practices in Active Directory• Must be available to work in PST time zone work hours • U.S. Citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. Preferred Qualifications: • Working knowledge of: • PowerShell Script to automate tasks and perform speedy AD administration like changing user group permissions, add/remove users from security groups, update AD object attributes etc. • Azure Active Directory (ADDS) and Active Directory Connect is a plus. • Infoblox DNS appliances is a plus. • PowerShell scripting. • ITIL driven IT server operation management • Experience and desire to work in a hands-on Operations Management position • Self-motivated and able to work independently • MCSA and AZ-800: Administering Windows Server Hybrid Core Infrastructure or equivalent certifications is a plus • Excellent problem solving and Root Cause Analysis skills. • Excellent Communications and client interaction skills along with exceptional written and verbal skills as well as technical documentation • Extraordinary Planning, Project Management, Coordination, and Analytical skills • Hands-on experience in working in Global Delivery Model with onsite/offshore resources • Exceptional Organizational Skills • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently • Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude • Solid attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
