Luster National Inc., a minority-owned small business headquartered in Mill Valley, California, with offices nationwide, a highly respected Program, Project, Construction and Consulting Management company, is seeking a Civil Engineer / Construction Manager Scheduler- job location: Atlanta, GeorgiaDo you have the skills to fill this role Read the complete details below, and make your application today.About the PositionThe Candidate will work with the Engineering Consulting Team, providing oversight for the construction activities related to Design/Build Projects within the Atlanta metro area.Responsibilitiesas a scheduler on the GEC team your responsibilities will include:Review project schedules to determine construction time.Review Master, Milestones and What-If schedules for projects.Data entry using Oracle PRIMAVERA P6 Professional scheduling software.Review plans and ensure that schedules include all identified scope and work with Project Managers to identify schedule related risks.Work with other team members in the Project Controls group and assist with the development of Earned Value Management curves and KPI tracking.Interact with project controls, accounting, and scheduling staff from other agencies and firms.Prepare project control reports with corrective action plans when required.Minimum Requirements0 to 5 years background knowledge of the civil engineering and construction industry.Competent with ORACLE PRIMAVERA P6 Professional, MS Projects, and MS Office software.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.Project Management, Scheduling, or cost management training.Experience with Transportation design and construction projects.Knowledge and experience in developing Project Schedules, Cost and Change management systems and Earned Value Management reports.Advanced knowledge of project controls software such as PRIMAVERA P6, MS Projects, PowerBi Procore and InEight is desired.Why Luster National, Inc.At Luster, our people are our greatest asset!
