In this role, you will conduct thorough hardware, software, and signals analysis, perform penetration testing, and conduct vulnerability analysis on embedded devices and associated infrastructure. Documentation of results is a key aspect of this position, ensuring clear communication of findings.Responsibilities:· Perform in-depth hardware, software, and signals analysis of embedded devices and supporting infrastructure equipment.· Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability analysis on embedded devices and associated infrastructure.· Document analysis results comprehensively and prepare detailed reports.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address security concerns and provide expert guidance.Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.· Fifteen (15) years of experience as a software reverse engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.· Alternatively, four (4) years of additional reverse engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.· Extensive experience with low-level programming and assembly language.· Proficiency in C/C++ and Python programming languages.· Knowledge of industry-standard reverse-engineering tools.· Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.· Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.· Adaptability to evolving technologies and methodologies. Desired Experience:· Proven experience in developing software for embedded systems.· Hands-on experience automating reverse engineering tasks for efficiency.
