IntroductionVisium Resources has a full-time job opportunity for an Enterprise Applications Engineer. This role is part of the Cloud and Application Services Team and involves firsthand skills centered around deploying, managing, and supporting the company's software and devices, as part of a broader technology transformation effort. Candidates must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident.Reporting to the Cloud and Systems Team Lead, this is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic technologist to take on a key role that transforms the delivery of applications and devices and the team's experience of using technology. Working closely with IT Leadership, you will be involved in the day-to-day support and delivery of the application and device ecosystem and involvement in project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.All the relevant skills, qualifications and experience that a successful applicant will need are listed in the following description.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping, maintaining, and supporting Windows 10 software imagesPackaging and deployment of software applications and configurations, across Windows 10 environments, as well as IOS and AndroidWorking closely with the IT Business Adoption Specialist to ensure application and device deployments meet the needs of the client's, with a focus on providing a high level of adoptionConducting and managing UAT and QC processes as part of the technology delivery cycleClose liaison with the Infrastructure and Cyber Security team to ensure Citrix remote access technologies are maintained with the same applications, services, and experience as within the desktop environmentConsult with application and device Vendors in both a support and project delivery capacityDocumenting procedures for the Customer Support teamDrive knowledge and best practice sharing to the Support Services team as part of project delivery and change management activitiesFunction as an escalation point for application and device Incident and Problem TicketsSkills and ExperienceStrong experience with Microsoft Operating System deployment, along with Microsoft's servicing model for Windows 10Strong experience of using Enterprise Management and Mobile Device Management (EDM) platforms, particularly Intune, Configuration Manager and AutopilotStrong experience in application packagingExceptional understanding and experience of Group Policy and Active DirectoryExtensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office productivity suite, deployment, and configuration, including the use of add-ins and other deeply integrated applicationsExperience with scripting technologiesStrong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Ecosystem, particularly technologies within the Modern Workplace cloud, such as Microsoft Teams and Power AutomateKnowledge of Document Management platforms, ideally iManageExperience within the Legal Sector desirableMicrosoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or equivalent certifications desirableStrong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to professionally interact with individuals at all levels of the organization and with consultants and vendors.
