The Associate will be responsible for executing debt and equity capital raises on behalf of financial sponsors, private companies, and other firm clients.This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our Atlanta or Austin locations.Key Responsibilities:Day-to-day execution of client engagements for raising debt and equity capitalManagement of Analyst resourcesManaging the creation of and review/refinement of financial models and related analysisDrafting marketing materials in connection with capital raisesCoordinating and attending investor road showsManaging due diligence effortsCoordinating with legal, accounting and tax advisorsPartnering with senior bankers to support ongoing business development efforts, including pitch books, target identification, participation in calling programs, and conducting market researchAssociates at Cascadia Capital are integral members of every deal team and are actively engaged during every phase of the deal process with significant opportunity for client exposureQualifications: Approximately 2-3 years of experience across private credit, private equity, accounting advisory / transaction due diligence and M&A advisory services from a nationally recognized accounting firm, principal investing and/or investment bankingExperience managing, coaching and developing junior resourcesOutstanding quantitative and technical skillsStrong financial modeling, finance and accounting skillsCritical/strategic thinking and market orientationOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsTeam playerStrong client management/client service skillsSelf-motivated, proactive work habitsFINRA Series 79 and 63BA/ BS degree from a top tier university with demonstrated academic excellence.This is a hybrid role. The base salary range for this job is $135,000 - $150,000. In addition to base salary, we provide an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and firm performance.
