Are you a skilled technician with a passion for solving complex hardware issues? We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Break-Fix Technician, focusing on storage, servers, and networks and working with leading brands such as Dell, IBM, Netapp, EMC, HP Proliant, Hitachi, and Cisco networking. As a Field Services Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and troubleshooting these systems across multiple data centers, doing predominantly break-fix workCheck below to see if you have what is needed for this opportunity, and if so, make an application asap.What You'll Do:Perform break-fix activities for enterprise hardware and systems.Focus on servers and storage, including configuration and troubleshooting.Work across multiple data centers, ensuring seamless operation of hardware.Interact directly with customers, providing excellent service and support.Participate in standby rotation (likely every other week), with remote work when not handling tickets/requests.What We're Looking For:Experience with Dell and IBM servers, Netapp and EMC storage, HP Proliant, Hitachi, and Cisco networking.Knowledge of Quanta systems is a huge plus.Strong hardware troubleshooting skills, with the ability to take apart and reassemble components.Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
