Job Description:

We are searching for a skilled Network/Systems Administrator who is eager to utilize their technical expertise in a corporate environment. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for resolving incoming level 2 and 3 tickets. The role will require both the maintenance of windows servers and router configuration.Apply promptly! A high volume of applicants is expected for the role as detailed below, do not wait to send your CV.Key Responsibilities:- Resolve incoming level 2 & 3 tickets in a timely manner.- Conduct regular maintenance on Windows Servers to ensure optimal performance.- Configure and manage routers & switches across the network.- Update and maintain Virtual Local Area Networks (VLAN's).- Building and migrating virtual machines to streamline operations.- Convert physical servers to virtual servers for improved efficiency.- Troubleshoot software installations, PCs, and VoIP issues.- Perform reimaging of software as needed.- Administration of O365 including group policy upkeep.- Conduct domain testing in Azure.Qualifications and Skills:- Prior experience in customer service, ideally in a tech environment.- Proficient in Windows 10/11 and O365 administration.- Capability to perform regular support tasks while occasionally working on network servers.- Able to manage a mix of tasks with 80% of work involving interactions with customers on the floor and 20% focused on patching and configuring switches and servers.- Understanding VLAN is a must.We are looking for an individual who is not just technically proficient but also capable of offering exceptional customer service.
