The role requires the individual to work with various departments to understand their requirements and collaborate with team members and business partners to meet these needs.RESPONSIBILITIES:Analyze existing systems and identify areas for improvement.Work with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.Design, develop, and maintain software solutions that meet the needs of the organization.Conduct testing to ensure that software solutions are reliable, scalable, and efficient.Provide ongoing support and maintenance for software systems.Manages the installation and/or upgrade of applications and tests after modification to ensure that functions are operational.Collaborate with other members of the IT team to integrate new software solutions with existing systems.Document software processes and procedures for future reference.Reviews journals, articles, publications, and other material to stay abreast of products and issues pertaining to information services functions and to ensure that departmental policies and procedures comply with technological needs.Completes special projects as required.Assists in the disaster recovery function planning and testing process.Performs other related duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related area of study.2-3 years of experience in systems analysis and software development. Additionally, knowledge of programming languages, database management systems, and software development methodologies is essential.Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with common FinTech (ie.
