Additionally, they will collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements for the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental engineering, extensive experience in environmental compliance, and a proven track record of preparing permit applications and environmental reports for a variety of regulatory requirements and industries.Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to assess their environmental compliance needs and develop strategies to ensure compliance with air, wastewater, and waste regulatory requirements.Prepare and submit permit applications, environmental reports, and plans to regulatory agencies.Conduct site visits and inspections to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.Perform environmental modeling and calculations to assess the impact of operations on air quality, water quality, and waste management.Develop and implement environmental management systems to monitor and track compliance with regulatory requirements.Stay up-to-date with changes in environmental regulations and ensure the organization's compliance with all state and federal requirements.Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members regarding environmental compliance issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement environmental best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Conduct training sessions for employees to raise awareness and ensure understanding of environmental compliance requirements.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in environmental or chemical engineering, or a related field required.Minimum of 7 years of experience in environmental compliance.Extensive experience in preparing permit applications for air, wastewater, and waste regulatory requirements.Strong knowledge of state and federal environmental regulations.Proficiency in environmental modeling and calculations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Professional certifications in environmental engineering or related fields are a plus.We are actively conducting interviews for this position; please apply today to be considered!
