Responsibilities include: Managing multiple projectsPreparing and monitoring project budgetsProject schedulingLeadership skills and team member oversightMarketing / Business developmentQualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldHave a minimum of eight (8) years of experience working on a wide range of transportation projects.Be a licensed Professional Engineer (PE)Knowledge of IDOT standards and procedures specifically as it relates to Phase I / Phase II design requirements and MFT requirements highly desiredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA valid driver's license
