We are partnered with a Managed Service Provider (MSP) in New York City that is searching for an entry-mid level IT Operations Specialist to join their team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the success of our partner's IT operations, with a specific emphasis on Office 365, SharePoint, Dynamics, and Intune.Please read the following job description thoroughly to ensure you are the right fit for this role before applying.Responsibilities:Administer and maintain existing device management solutions, including Office 365, SharePoint, Dynamics, and IntuneEmail migrationDesktop supportTrouble shooting and maintenanceReview and implement security patchingManage Windows workstationsConduct testing of data retention and recovery processesQualifications:5 years IT experienceOffice 365 management and administration experienceSharepoint management and administration experienceExperience with Dynamics and InTuneKnowledge of Windows OS, Mac OS, Active Directory, Okta, SQL, Azure, and other SaaS based enterprise cloud-based servicesEmail migration experience highly preferredMSP Level 2 or 3 highly preferredExperience in AEC or print industry is a plus
