Job Description:

Frymer Construction is a specialist in multi-family and mixed-used projects who is uniquely qualified to serve as owner, operator, design builder, and general contractor for projects in the Southern California region. We are currently looking for a Project Engineer with at least two years of experience to assist our Construction Team.Are you ready to apply Make sure you understand all the responsibilities and tasks associated with this role before proceeding.Salary & Benefits Include:Competitive salary based on experience and meritHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401K PlanPaid Time-OffBonus Opportunities Key Responsibilities include: Assist Project Manager and Superintendent for Project Engineering dutiesCoordinate weekly meeting minutes and logs as requiredProvide input and review project scopes and subcontractsAssist in Quality Control, ie.; job inspections, punch lists, etc.Contribute and assist in maintaining project documentation (Ex: RFI's, Buyout Logs, Submittals)Assist Project Manager in managing and updating Project Budgets, Work Authorizations and Payment Applications.Coordinate, track and log all Management Systems using Procore SoftwarePrepare and analyze subcontract change ordersAssist in preparing and updating project schedules.Assist Project Executive in entitlements, pre-construction and estimating duties.
