Title: Payroll Processing ManagerLocation: Denver, CO - Hybrid (4 days in the office during payroll week) & (3 days in the office during non-payroll week)Full Time Direct Hire W2USC or Valid GC RequiredPlease make an application promptly if you are a good match for this role due to high levels of interest.Responsibilities: This position is centered around managing and optimizing payroll and compensation processes...System configuration and maintenanceConfigure and maintain the Oracle Cloud Compensation and Payroll modules according to organizational needsEnsure the system is up to dateData ManagementManage and maintain employee data, compensation plans, and payroll records.Oversee data integrityPayroll ProcessingManage end-to-end payroll processing, including salary payments, bonuses, commissions, and other compensations.Oversee the integration and connectivity between Core HR within Oracle Cloud and PayrollStaying up to date with federal and state rules and regulationsSplit the taxes between different statesAdjustingIdentifying errorsProvide understanding to the team regarding the compensation module in Oracle CloudQualifications:Payroll experience with a background in Oracle CloudPayroll processing - Oracle DBAProficiency in Oracle HCM, specifically Core HRProficiency in Oracle FusionExcel proficient (pivot tables, v-looks, macro)Knows how to split taxes between different statesThe ability to help others understand processes for Core HRLeadership backgroundPlusses:Industry experience (oil and gas)Experience processing stock
