"‹Are you the right candidate for this opportunity Make sure to read the full description below.POSITION SUMMARY:The Operations Engineer will be part of the operations & service organization to support i-charging North America growth based out of Atlanta (GA). This key role requires a talented and experienced engineer to execute the after-sales activities, project management and secure the operations & technical relationships with distributors, service partners and CPO's. The operations engineer makes sure every project & partners installation is well supported including the commissioning activities for i-charging solutions across North America.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for carrying out after sales projects/contracts as dictated by the business;Responsible for organizing the logistics related with DCFC, spare parts as well warehouse stock;Provide support and skills to onsite commissioning activities including site testing;Support other i-charging operations team on deployment, testing, and CPO's feedback;Provide best in class service documentation & organization;Ensure operations is capable of fast responsivenessProvide support to have industry-leading serviceINTERACTIONS & INTERFACES:Directly reports to the CEO of i-charging USA.SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an Electronics and Communications Engineering or other relevant Engineering/Technical field;Experience with growing an operations organization from the ground up;Experience working with remote personnel & partners;Experience with the operational challenges in support DCFC installations;Preferably experience with troubleshooting invertors, electronics, wiring, and cooling systems;Preferably experience with communications and tools (Routers, Mobus TCP/IP, Mobile network, etc.);Knowledge of safety regulations (NFPA 70E, OSHA);Expert knowledge of project management;Knowledge at using computers & systems;Adept at reading technical documentation & circuit schematicsFluent in English language.
