Job Description:

I am exclusively partnered with one of the Oil & Gas supermajors who are looking to make a key Analyst hire to help manage the organization's integration into the power markets.Qualifications, skills, and all relevant experience needed for this role can be found in the full description below.Responsibilities Support the Power operations desk and Energy Data management team as the first point of contact for operational tasks and invoicingProvide support, perform reconciliations and invoicing in the daily and monthly power reconciliation process, and assist internal groupsProvide all necessary reports and statements supporting the physical power activities including ERCOT, CAISO, and other marketsManage the confirmations and settlement process and reporting requirements through close coordination with the power trading desk, Middle Office, and Energy Data ManagementCheck traders supply accurate deal-sheetsRequirements Undergraduate degree or equivalent in Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or Energy preferred.2-3 years experience in the Gas and Power markets with a high data analysis component.Understanding of the North American power industryStrong operational and modeling skills with the ability to implement those using commonly used tools - Alteryx, Python, and Power BI
