Global Beauty/Cosmetic Company seeking a strong Global Regulatory Compliance Manager in LA. On Site Full timeTo be considered for an interview, please make sure your application is full in line with the job specs as found below.The Global Regulatory Compliance Manager will be responsible for cosmetic product registrations, screen products to make sure that we are up-to-date on all regulations, along with formula and raw material data. The position will work with cross functional partners in all parts of product and effectively project manage staying ahead of the curve.Key Areas of Responsibility:Prepare and submit cosmetic and OTC drug product registration documentation as neededScreen and manage ingredient and product/formula dataEvaluate formulas for compliance and safetyReview and compile data for reportingMaintain relationship with vendors and CMs as it pertains to regulatoryManage samples for safety and clinical studiesReview copy and artwork to ensure that they are aligned with approvable and legal claimsHelp problem solve on pd projectsQualifications, relevant skills & attributes: Current experience in cosmetic industry with demonstrated knowledge of global regulations and resources in staying on top of themOutstanding organizational skills with a high attention to detail with the ability to think both strategically and tacticallyDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects through strong prioritization and time managementProficient in MS Office - Outlook 365, Excel, Word, SharePoint, etc.Good typing and proofreading skillsMust have ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external customers to facilitate effective communication of project needs.Must demonstrate pro-active approach in problem-solving with proposal for smart solutionsMust be proficient at conveying information in a clear, focus and concise mannerAbility to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment
