Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing and Fire Protection Designer/Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing plumbing and fire protection systems, including calculations of water, gas, sanitary/sewer, and storm loads. They will also be expected to develop project specifications, perform site evaluations, attend meetings with clients and project teams, and provide construction administration.A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.Responsibilities:Design plumbing and fire protection systems, including calculations of water, gas, sanitary/sewer, and storm loads.Develop project specifications.Perform site evaluations.Attend meetings with clients and project teams.Develop contract drawings from Schematics through Construction Documents.Prepare filing drawings.Provide construction administration, including reviewing submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and change orders.Qualifications:Strong computer skills, with proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT.Strong skills in Elite Fire Hydraulic Calculations Software.Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
