To be successful in this role you will be required to be flexible with ability to manage multiple tasks and projects. Must be resourceful, with respect to identifying problems and finding resolutions, have the ability to operate in a fast paced environment with minimal direction from Senior Management, review subcontractor and vendor drawings and submittals for adherence to plans and specifications, attend coordination meetings with Architects, Engineers and multiple subcontractor trades.
