Job Description:

Kraft Technology Group seeking a highly skilled NOC Engineer to join our dynamic team. The NOC Engineer will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting our client support systems infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.Interested in this role You can find all the relevant information in the description below.Educational and Experience Requirements1.   A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field is desired.2.   Minimum of 3 years' experience in technical support with a strong technical diagnosis ability.3.   Three required basic industry certifications, such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) or equivalent. If certifications haven't been earned prior to the start date, employees must obtain them within 6 months.4.   Experience with tools such as ConnectWise Automate, Addigy, Datto, Acronis, and ScreenConnect.5.   Demonstratable knowledge of scripting Primary Responsibilities1.      Monitor internal and external systems performance and respond to alerts and incidents in a timely manner.2.      Perform routine maintenance tasks such as firmware upgrades, patch management, and system backups.3.      Troubleshoot network and systems issues and coordinate with various teams to resolve complex problems.4.      Implement and maintain network security measures to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats.5.      Document system and network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.6.      Coordinate with cross-functional teams and departments to collectively plan and execute enhancements and expansions to system and network infrastructure.7.      Implement and support disaster recovery solutions.8.      Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical system and network issues.9.      Provide on-the-job training to new team members.10. Enter all time and expenses as they occur.11. Stay up to date on emerging technologies and industry best practices.12. Assist with the Service Desk tickets.13. Design, Implement, Maintain, and Troubleshoot Cloud Environments such as AWS and Azure. Additional Responsibilities 1.   Work with the team to deliver customer solutions and service.2.   Help properly dispatch tickets to available engineers.3.   Rotational on-call schedule.Desired Technical Experience1.   ConnectWise Manage and Automate Experience.2.   Advanced understanding of Windows OS and MacOS.3.   Advanced knowledge including Network hardware (cabling, routers, switches, etc.).4.   Intermediate understanding of Network Protocols and their meaning.5.   Experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (aka Entra) environments.6.   Experience utilizing basic commands within Windows and MacOS. Benefits1.   Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.2.   Discounted health insurance (medical and dental).3.   Fun working environment and culture.4.   Great opportunity for advancement.5.   Mileage and mobile phone reimbursement.
