My client is open to a hybrid working option. The Role & ResponsibilitiesOversee the lead and delivery of major bridge projects in the state of Indiana (IN), responsible for the full life cycle of the project including (but not limited too):Ensuring project quality, Project management, Projects are delivered on time and meeting the client's expectations.Oversee technical tasks and responsibilities including, Analysis, Project Reports, Design as well as Specification & ProductionLead client contract scoping and negotiations.Direct responsibility for project staffing levels, team recruitment as well as the performance and mentoring of staff, helping career development and internal growth.Work closely with internal business development team to assist with ongoing marketing proposals, identify new opportunities for pursuit and build on new or existing client relationships.Lead proposal development across a wide range of project sizes, presenting strategic developments for clients and industry leaders.Requirements/QualificationsEducated with a Bachelor of Science in a related field of study.Demonstrable design experience on bridge projects in the USA.P.E certification.DOT Experience - (ideally with InDOT)Ability to use software applications including MicroStation or AutoCAD as well as MS Office
