Job Description:

Our partner seeks a Lead Director of Quality Control to oversee the implementation of quality strategies and the operational standards across facilities in North America. All candidates should make sure to read the following job description and information carefully before applying.Essential Duties:Utilize advanced data analysis techniques, such as pareto charts, to pinpoint and tackle quality-related challenges.Oversee the development and reinforcement of quality protocols and auditing systems to elevate client satisfaction levels.Serve as the principal point of communication for significant stakeholders concerning quality issues, overseeing the creation of specifications and the execution of detailed analyses to resolve issues.Maintain rigorous adherence to established internal quality management frameworks, ensuring compliance with both customer-specific and regulatory requirements.Promote and implement Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) to ensure the reliability of products and the efficiency of production processes.Leverage technological solutions to improve access to and analysis of quality data, aiming to proactively mitigate potential problems.Guide team development, enhancing capabilities in strategic problem-solving and efficient management of complex projects.Education Requirements:A bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field is highly desirable.Skills and Experience Required:Demonstrated proficiency in Six Sigma, Lean principles, and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).High-level proficiency in data manipulation and the Microsoft Office suite.Exceptional analytical, organizational, and leadership capabilities, with the ability to oversee multiple projects effectively.Established history of managing direct and indirect teams within a multifunctional environment.A minimum of 10 years in a similar leadership role, ideally supported by a background in mechanical or industrial engineering.
