BS in CS,CE, EE, Math, Music or equivalent experience Web application development with 2-5 years of backend experience in (RoR) Ruby on Rails A belief in agile development strong work ethic / a self-starter complex web applications used by the masses strong written/verbal communication skills   Extra:
