Experience with Sterling File Gateway and BPML a plus.Strong analytical skill, effective communication skills and the ability to work independently and in teams.Duties/ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure and maintain software tools used for file transfers, in support of our enterprise file transfer service.Collaborate with development teams, infrastructure teams and external business partners to set up, maintain and troubleshoot file transfer connections.Create, maintain and share technical documentation related to supporting our enterprise file transfer service.
